由檀君神话吃艾草和大蒜后熊会变成人的典故出发，分别讲述吃艾草和吃大蒜后的两只熊，变成两只截然不同性格的人的故事。其中一只熊是可爱无知的村民，另一只熊则是最强大黑帮集团的二把手。 《熊男》由作为喜剧人的朴圣光导演，朴成雄主演，综合了喜剧、动作与黑色幽默。朴成雄将一人分饰两只熊。。The story takes us back to 1889, in the wake of primary school teacher Louise Violet who is sent to a village in the French countryside to enforce Republic schooling (which is free, compulsory and secular).
