Soda intends to launch the film to coincide with the reunion concert tour of Bros., ...。公元2027年，橘一树就读的“清雅学园”，是位于距离都心稍远的郊外的男女共校高中。同时，也是以培养文武双全人才为目的的寄宿制升学学校。第二学期刚一开始，一树就突然被任命为学生会的副会长，而他最初的工作，是《PSO2》对于学业影响的调查。一树心不甘情不愿地开始玩起《PSO2》，却通过与游戏里遇到的玩家和伙伴们的接触，被PSO2的世界所吸引。不知不觉中，一树开始以不论在PSO2的世界还是现实世界的学生会都受到同伴信赖的存在为目标，有了很大的成长……。
