现代青年叶清，因在图书馆中翻阅一卷《泰平县志》而意外穿越，成为大玉国泰平县新任县令。他知晓三年后将爆发百年一遇洪灾，淹没整个泰平县，于是决心竭力修筑堤坝。然而他治水强征民夫、加重赋税，引得全县百姓怒骂为贪官。。根据1989年同名喜剧改编，讲述加州州长Zack Morris因为把太多低收入高中关门而陷入水深火热的地步，故此他决定把受到影响的学生都送到加州最好的学校 – Bayside高中。。Two couples on a picnic are attacked by a gang of vicious bikers, who beat up the men and rape the women. One of the men finds out who the bikers are, arms himself and goes after them.。
