以浙江诸暨市枫桥镇民间调解矛盾形成的枫桥经验为故事背景，以轻喜剧的表达方式，通过调解员封浪平从一开始不理解基层调解工作，到主动摸索调解方法，对百姓日常生活中各种矛盾的巧妙和耐心调解，最终扛起枫桥镇调解重任的故事。。在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。A down-on-his-luck farmer makes a deal with the devil for seven years of prosperity.
