Netflix produces a feature focusing on one of the main characters of the successful German series How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast). Following the success of the series, production of a prequel feature film centred on the small-time crook Buba starring Bjarne Mädel has been launched.。曾经名噪一时的棒球手莫里斯（Billy Bob Thornton 比利•鲍伯•松顿饰）因攻击裁判而被禁赛，他从此沉溺酒精，自甘堕落。在律师丽兹（Marcia Gay Harden 玛西亚•盖•哈登饰）的游说和金钱诱惑下，莫里斯重出江湖，只不过他所担任的是某少年棒球队的教练。 话说这真是一支惨不忍睹的球队，这群12岁的孩子领莫里斯头痛不已：好吃成性的小胖子、好斗暴躁的小矮子、备受歧视的外籍人、运动神经超差的笨蛋，甚至还有坐着轮椅的小孩。摆在莫里斯面前的似乎是一个不可能的任务…… 本片荣获2006年青年艺人大奖最佳表演奖（所有小演员）。。
